I purchased 5 castors in Nov 22. They are on a stool used 1 day a week on a brand new perfectly flat floor so are not subject to heavy wear by any stretch of the imagination. 1 castor started falling apart in about March 23, and I didn't think too much about it initially. And then it was regularly falling apart and tilting the stool over, so I contacted the "customer service" department. I had to chase several times for a response. Then they are not interested because I had waited 6 months to talk to them. But they advise that I can purchase more to replace the faulty item. I'm not sure I want to pay for more of the same because I expect castors to last a little bit longer than 4 months regardless of consumer rights laws, especially when I have other chairs that are in use for 5 days a week and have been for many years without any issues. They have not even bothered to respond to my last 2 emails pointing this out. And then this week a different castor has come apart during use. I say don't waste your money on these. They are not up to the job.
