I’ve been using this product for years. I like that it’s all natural. The only problem I have with it is that they don’t shred the coconut enough. Every order comes with huge clumps that hasn’t been shredded. So the urine doesn’t soak up with the clumps. I’ve complained but nothing is ever done about it. It’s only gotten worse. The first several bags I got in the begining were perfect. I haven’t had a bag like that since.
