I had trouble with the website and something was wrong with the billing. When I finally got concerned about not receiving the litter, I visited and found that the payment was denied. This was totally without cause - the card was valid and didn't expire until 2022. I've had no problem for two years then suddenly this????
Why was I not notified that Cat Spot thought there was a problem?
I couldn't fix it without trying to begin a new account which lost all the history, then, magically, something seemed to connect and the order became okay. Things on the site were royally screwed up.
Shipping was slower than usual.
Because of the wrongly rejected payment and NO NOTIFICATION to me that there was a rejection, albeit incorrect!, I used my backup stock and had to double the subscription. I'll keep it doubled for a couple months then go back to one shipment per month.
The whole experience was annoying and without cause.
Why, when things were absolutely fine and ran perfectly for two years, why, oh why did this happen??? I asked for a reason and have heard nothing.
If it happens again, I will look for a different supplier. For now, I hope all is fixed.
