I love the litter. My cats love the litter. I have an automatic monthly shipment and it arrives in a timely manner. I receive e-mails providing the opportunity to cancel an order prior to shipment. I also receive an email whenever a shipment has been sent so I know when to expect it. I have contacted customer service once. The individual was very accommodating and friendly. This company has been the easiest I have ever ordered from.
