It took me a little bit to get the hang of it. I didn't have a tall sided box...that was a mistake. So I ordered the box from CatSpot. There is still more tracking than what I like and there is still some odor. It could be because I have the little box in a smaller space. But over all I am happy with the product. I am going to try the non clumbing little next. I had no issues with my cats switching to CatSpot litter.
