Some how my shipment was lost or the label torn off. Called 5 days after I received notification of shipment to be told this. Ok it happens, but make it right. I am stilling waiting for my cat litter that was supposed to ship on the 12th and am being told that it will arrive on the 22. REALLY you can’t send it overnight?! Almost 2 weeks later. This is just one of many issues. Thinking that this is strike 3 catspot. Where is the manager and customer service? Oh I called and they didn’t call back, I had to call them back for a second time to see where the litter was.
