I have had a standing order of this litter since near the beginning. Love the product. We have four cats, and my order suits our needs.
Recently, I did try to modify my order. All I can say is that the website is abysmal. I was completely shut out. A phone call went unanswered.
Love the product. The shipping part works just fine. Do not expect customer service beyond that.
