The service when ordering is fabulous, and I love doing business with a company that still makes service a priority. As far as the litter goes....It's not very good at odor control of the urine. I have one cat, and 2 litter boxes. I remove any fecal material and stir both boxes twice a day, but that seems to make the odor worse, even though both boxes are covered. The plus is, it isn't the smell of urine, mixed with fake scents! However, the litter does not stick to the sides and bottom of the box, due to the urine, so that makes clean up MUCH easier. I also like the fact I can toss the litter out in the yard, or into the compost heap. Tracking is similar to other litters I've used, including the clumping clay, and I use a rug just outside the litter box openings to catch the majority of it. All things considered, the ease of clean up, composting ability, and lightweight nature of the product, and the service of the company gets the nod, and I will order again.
