From the very first time in a long time my mind is quiet. I can concentrate, I can focus, I am happy. Its a strange feeling but I love it. Very early days but I feel it working already and I cant believe I procrastinated for so long. There is nothing to fear and coming from me who has anxiety and OCD that is saying something.
