Ordered a double pot wash sink and asked for the delivery to be delayed until a specific week. No follow-ups on delivery via email at the start of the week, had to call to check in and was told it will be delivered this week and then called again later in the week when nothing seemed to progress. On Friday was told the order was stuck “in progress” and hadn’t been despatched but that they would speak to the warehouse and get it despatched that day for delivery the following Monday. No delivery info received from them so had to call to check in, found that it still wasn’t despatched. Nice people, but poor degree of communication and organisation.
