I first received the wrong item and had arrange for this to be collected and then received the correct one.
However, although the item was reduced the website did not say that one of the pair of trainers was a different shade to the other, possibly as one had been on display and faded accordingly. This was a shame but my grand daughter wanted to keep them.
Overall not overly impressed with service or goods
