Absolutely exceptional company. I ordered a dog collar and through no fault of Cavells there was a delivery problem. I called to find out what the delay was. Iona called me back within 5 minutes to explain what had happened and refunded the post (totally unexpected and un asked for,,,,,but appreciated) and the collar turned up next day. Beautiful quality collar going to get the lead now. Wish all companies were as friendly and helpful.
