Ordering was very straight forward. Website easy to use. The item I wished to purchase was despatched in good time. The Company branding - good.
Unfortunately the wax Jacket when received was covered in fluff/wool all over and small amounts of glitter? It also had pin holes in one elbow?
Disappointing.
