Clear and helpful website. I wanted to buy my wife some boots as a Christmas present. They had them on line but to be sure I wanted to collect them from their Oakham store. Entered the order called the store and they could not have been more helpful. When I arrived at the store later that day they were waiting for me ready. Great service and charming staff.
