Ordered some metallic Ash trainers and was amazed that they arrived in two days! Slight discrepancy with the price so I rang and spoke to a really friendly lady who assured me that the lady in charge of on-line sales (Iona) would call me when she was next in. She did. We sorted out the minor problem and my Paypal account was credited with the amount. The service was first-class; polite, affable and just a pleasure to do business with.
