Sent the wrong item to me in error. Attempted to use the online form to contact Cavells without success. However subsequently received a phone call from customer services to apologise for the error and offer to refund return postage costs as well as a gift voucher to use on future shopping. The extremely polite and generous phone call has changed my opinion of this company. Still disappointed not to receive the shirt that I ordered (now out of stock) but cant fault the personal touch of the phone call.
