I ordered a coat online and it arrived quickly but was far too big. I rang the shop and Natalie measured the two sizes below it to check which one was right for me. The coat again came fast and was perfect! I returned the first and got a refund within a matter of days. Lovely to deal with real people in a proper shop who care about their customer experience.
