I recently bought an item worth £160 and after receiving it I returned it for a bigger size. After Cayv received the item I have had great difficulty in contacting them. They are now blatantly ignoring my emails as I have sent close to my 10. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here unless you think it's worth the risk of losing money.
