The mot history was unavailable for a 9 year old car. The only thing i wanted to check. When contacted reply came quickly that there was no online record and as an apology we will refund your 50% fee which was 2 weeks ago still no sign.
The sample report shows the mot history so why cant they confirm if all info is present before they charge a tenner?
