Site was easy to use and pricing was competitive for what was on offer. Unfortunately, the search I requested seemed to change to the higher priced option at point of payment so I wanted to go back. Somehow I ended up paying for the same search twice.
A refund was quickly issued upon request, but I would have thought it should be easy enough to put something in place to prevent duplicating a search on the same car from the same e-mail address and payment source.
