Paid for a gold service but got tin! The car details came through quick enough, however there was an issue with the report and trying to get through via the helpline is absolutely rubbish. Having tried to contact them from 9am to 4pm with no luck with more than 8+ answer phone messages and 40+ calls, really disappointed. I’d rather pay an extra £20 and go with HPI next time.
