The report was not my car, so I needed to get an HPI elsewhere, which was correct. I called to ask for a refund, but you cannot speak to anyone, so I emailed, now a week ago & NO reply at all. Very poor, I would not use again and can't recommend them at all. They've obviously just bought & set up the database & website, then take your money and don't give a damn any further than that - NOT how to run a good company!!
