The review highlighted that records showed there was an outstanding loan! The staff were very helpful and provided more info so that we could inform the dealer about this--this enabled the dealer to question where they bought the car! There was an old outstanding recoed that needed correction! We were able to buy the car...Once again thank you to the staff who were helpful.
