On selecting gold option and electing to pay via PayPal, problems occurred with processing as message came up ref error.On resubmitting same problem. On entering Debit card details again error message. On checking with both PayPal and our bank we dicovered multiple payments had been deducted from my accounts. Contacted you customer service who speedily resolved hand credited our account with the amount withdrawn.
Later once again trying got through but could not access the information re: the vehicle in question. Although technical problems caused inconveinance customer sevice dealt with our e-mails and resolved the payment problems.
