Every thing was fine and I was informed that all was well with the check.
However a subsequent email reported a failure
A call to Geoff at the support team said he was surprised and he would check what had happened and let me know the outcome. Four days later I am still awaiting a response.
Not very impressive.
Eventually a reply " that it was an error " but not an explanation. The concern caused by the "error " almost caused me to lose the car that I intended to purchase so whilst I am prepared to upgrade "Average " to Good" I still feel the response inadequate.
