This I had to verify by contacting the financial lender in person, who without breaching privileged information was helpful and extremely informative, so I did the work that truly mattered, and when I contacted Cazana they said "SORRY FOR THAT WE WILL UPDATE OUR RECORDS! no offer of a refund or partial refund at the very least, so in my opinion they were a waste of time and energy and not fit for purpose
