Never received the car report ordered by mail, just a flashed up report, which I couldn't go back to later. No receipt for payment was sent.The report, from what I saw, was light on detail, with very limited information on the changes in ownership and registration plate. In fact, it was incorrect, as it indicated the car had only 2 changes in registration, but had in fact at least 3. The report had flagged up outstanding finance, but failed to mention this was perfectly normal dealer finance. Given the inaccuracies and failure of the service, I don't see how the valuations mean anything.
