We returned from our trip to Africa feeling like Cazenova and Loyd had not properly prepared us. There were numerous ways that we felt let down and our skeptical side suggests that Cazenova and Loyd was more interested in taking their fee rather than providing important, helpful information that we required for our trip. Would not recommend Cazenova and Loyd!
