Ordered a Dewalt battery on 30th December (free next day delivery) but website indicated all orders may not be despatched until 4th Jan or after (due to New Year). Received email from CBY Tools with a UPS tracking ref (would be good if this hyperlinked directly to the UPS website). On 05/01/2016 07:52 UPS indicated "We've incorrectly sorted the package at our facility. This may cause at least one business day delay" so didn't receive parcel until 6th Jan, which was redirected / dropped off at a local "UPS Access Point" as I was at work. Product was wrapped well in bubblewrap and although delivery was slightly delayed I would purchase from CBY Tools again.
