I wanted items online which were out of stock. I telephoned to ask if and when items would be back in stock. The call handler gave me an immediate answer. Duly, I made my purchases and received next day delivery to my works address. I would definitely use CBY tools again. On this occassion they were cheaper than alternative retailers who were hosting January 'sales'. Thanks very much!
