Kim was very good, very responsive to small changes I wanted her to make having filled her in to my main reasons for this challenge and emphasising the ‘Preparedness to Change’ theme of the Away Day.
The CCC Team, all 3 of them, were also very supportive, helpful, friendly, approachable and warm in facilitating all my staff to undertake the challenges and providing them with guidance and encouragement.
