I definitely recommend you go on the social tour to Cebu because you'll definitely meet some really nice foreign ladies there, one on one. You can do emails and correspondence, but if you meet in person that's the real deal, you really don't know if you're going to like the person if you're going to hit it off. Cebu City is a safe city with nice people.
