Impossible to migrate from CelcomDigi postpaid to CelcomDigi prepaid hence they introduced us with someone from other telco to assist the migration process. Since August 2024 until October 2024 CelcomDigi kept rejecting my request stating got some unpaid bills where in CelcomDigi's app, the amoun for each account already negative (means i paid a lot extra in advanced). My actual plan was CelcomDigi > Other Telco > CelcomDigi again but after getting this kinda mistreatments, I can't wait to stay away from CelcomDigi. After merging, Celcom is no longer Celcom. Extremely bad and weak. Future customer(s) please stay away from CelcomDigi, trust me. The status of queries, not just 'over a week', should have option for 'over 3 months'.
