I returned an item via the prepaid return label by Royal Mail. The item was tracked as having been received. I rang after 4 weeks of no response, to be told it had not been received and to contact Royal Mail on doing this Royal Mail confirmed it writing that my item had been delivered. Celtic & Co. have yet to respond after 6 weeks. The garments value was £80. I would never use them again. If I could give no stars I would.
