For Delivery and packaging - 4 stars. Arrived swiftly with the parcel intact and the contents in good condition. For Quality of product - 4 stars. Every item selected had been very well made. For Ease of use of the website - 3 stars. I found the website tricky to use on my iPad; the screen froze and I was locked out several times which resulted in an empty shopping basket.
