This exchange is the worst that will happen in your life.
So many people were blocked by them for no reason and without possibility to refund their money. Official representatives block users and delete their real their reviews in social media.
My case has taken 14 months, still no result. 20K USD blocked there. Support replied "please wait" since 14 months, though i provided them with all necessary information and documents.
Use another platform and beware of these scammers. If you use it once, this will be the worst day in your life.
