I believe this is a scam. I tried registering my details out of curiosity following a news report which turned out to be fake. but the registration failed. Then I received a call to complete my registration, which I duly did, up till the last stage when my wife intervened because they've literally scammed her friend which took the help of FOSTERBOON.ORG before she could get her money. I didn't complete the transaction and suddenly they ended the call. So based on others experiences and the fact that the start of the process was a fake news report I'm pretty sure this is a scam. Good job my wife intervened in time!
