I submitted my withdrawal request on 1/11/2024.
The response was like 3-5days.
It's more than one month now.
I keep sending emails about the issue no replies.
I will just have to follow the advice of a friend who cgwise also scammed.
I'm reporting them to FOS TERBOO N . ORG, they helped my friend with his funds recovery.
