I discovered that there is a fee on the withdrawal amount following a deposit if you do not trade with them! Even though my issue was valid, customer service did nothing in response to my request and a few back-and-forth emails. If S I M O N C H * C O M hadn't stepped in, I would have been deeply indebted and would have lost all I owned, including the account. They saved me and gave me my money back in full.
