They failed to return my calls, emails, or online chats to give me any form of update. Despite my repeated requests for proof, which lasted for weeks, they would only communicate once a week and put me on hold. Fortunately, AORIVAL was able to step in and stop them. I was cautioned to exercise caution and received a refund.
