Like many other customers I took advantage of their Thanksgiving holiday sales. I purchased one of their bats 7 years ago, which I still have and is still in one piece till this day. So I figured it was time for another bat. When I was on their website on the last day of the sale I could not get the sale price to reflect in my cart. I called their customer service number and spoke to a female employee, she told me she would look into the issue and get back to me. Within minutes she called me back and let me know the issue was resolved and I was able to place my order. Bats are just a piece of lumber with different company logos stamped on them, it’s the quality of wood used that distinguishes a very good bat from an average bat. Overall I am satisfied with their bats.
