Quality of wood was above average. Had an issue with custom engraving as they would not allow SO17.4 as a personalization. I told them “Leave the bat completely blank then not even a model number.” Received a bat with model number and serial number and the paint was below average.
A little frustrating when you’re pay $240+ for a premium custom maple bat. Felt a little taken advantage of. I would stick with stock bats as the custom experience was not satisfying.
