This is a well thought through program that gets to the heart of dieting success/failure. It challenges you to strip back to the basics and then re-educate your body on what it can tolerate and what causes an inflammatory response and increased weight through water retention. It is a full re-education of how and what you as an individual should eat to keep a healthy weight and mindset. Well done team for developing and delivering this excellent program.
