I use the rapadura sugar which tastes absolutely delicious and is also much more nutritious than white sugar. It has a lovely flavour that suits my coffee and for example, raita that I make with yoghurt and two teaspoons of this sugar. I also buy the salt which has minerals and health benefits. I love salt and this one is really delicious and enhances all the food that I make.
