So far, the program has been very helpful in achieving weight loss and the recipes are quite tasty. I am not a person who has tried every diet or program over the years. I have only tried a couple out (eg, paleo & vegetarian), but so far I feel much happier and healthier doing this program despite 'stumbling' over the winter period while in a stressful situation. I'm happier now and finding it easier to get back on track. Thanks!!
