Sorry, I have found that my most recent purchase has not worked as I had anticipated. I have the changing habits book from previously but cant access any online facebook support to ask questions and no options to just pay for the facebook access. Its been a bit of a waste of money. I have been doing everything it says to do but very slow going to the point that I have given up. I am middle menopause so not sure if that is why but no one to ask for any advice or encouragement.
