I've tried every diet out there - some work reasonably well. The big difference with Changing Habits is that the weight has stayed off. I followed your weight loss program in February - it's now August and the weight has stayed off 100%. I can honestly say this is the first diet I've tried that kept its promise - it feels to me that my system has been "reset". I'm eating normally and easily maintaining my new low weight.
