The ordering process was good and I received the products reasonably quickly. However the reason I have given two stars is because this week I received an invoice asking me to pay for the products I received and which I had paid for when ordering. I checked my bank account and the payment had come out on the day I ordered. I tried to reply and email back about the invoice issued, including going to the website and looking for contact details there, but all emails and attempts to contact changing habits failed to send. This wasted a lot of my time and was frustrating. I am hoping I do not receive a debt collection or anything stupid like that. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth about this ordering experience.
