Over the years we had gained some stubborn weight. We both lost about 10 kgs in our first round ot FLP and I am looking forward to doing another round. We found organisation and readily available drink bottles of water a must. We have been maintaining our weight well as we learnt so much about portions and that it is ok to feel empty. We have recommended it to many people; promoting a healthy lifestyle change as opposed to a diet. Thank you all so much :)
