Everything we buy from Changing Habits is first rate, the cacao, coffee, and gelatin especially.
I don't like the new side opening bags though as it's harder to get a measuring spoon out of them without hitting the edge and the seals aren't as reliable. The older top versions whilst not as pretty are way more practical.
